Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail experience.
• Early morning position before store opening.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: assist customers and answer questions as you move around the store.
• Executes pricing and signing accurately and quickly across merchandise.
• Replenish and restock to ensure sizes and styles meet customer demand.
• Receive and unload merchandise with the team and prepare backroom stock.
• Maintain backroom standards: safe, clean, and organized stock areas.
• Contribute to Omnichannel initiatives including BOPIS, ship from store, and returns.
• Execute merchandising plans and maintain standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Participate in a learning environment by absorbing training materials and new processes.
