Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Wilmington, NC is seeking a friendly and reliable store team member to assist customers, stock merchandise, and operate the checkout with accuracy. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and are able to stand for long periods, assist with truck unloading, and participate in store recovery and showroom maintenance.

• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
