Minimum Education Level: High school diploma working towards CDA to be completed within two years of hire.
Preferred Education Level: Child Development Associate (CDA)- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field.
Experience: Experience working with young children.
Preferred Experience: 2 years' experience in early childhood education and direct experience with at‑risk population, Head Start experience.

Physical abilities: Lift 30 pounds
