The role is in-person, full-time, with responsibilities including supervising children, planning lessons to boost school readiness, and conducting screenings and assessments, all while fostering strong family partnerships. Candidates should hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education; a CDA for infants/toddlers is preferred and should be obtained within 18 months of hire.
