Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma working towards CDA to be completed within two years of hire.
• Preferred education: CDA or Bachelor's in early childhood education or related field.
• Experience working with young children.
• Preferred experience: 2 years in early childhood education and direct experience with at-risk population; Head Start experience.
• Personal characteristics: compassionate, organized, flexible, communicator, team-player.
• Physical abilities: Lift 30 pounds.
