Job summary

NORWESCAP in Denville, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Early Head Start professional. This in-person, full-year role offers 40 hours per week with a pay range of $18.01 to $22.47 per hour, depending on experience and education.

You will contribute to children’s development and family partnerships in a supportive team environment. The successful candidate will have an ECE background, with CDA preferred and Head Start experience desirable, plus a strong commitment to wellness and professional

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education required or preferred.
  • CDA credential for Infant-Toddler is strongly preferred and must be obtained within 18 months of hire.
  • At least 2 years direct experience in early childhood education is preferred.
  • Head Start experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
Infant-Toddler CDA credential (preferred; within 18 months of hire)

Job Overview
