Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager dedicated to a national plan sponsor for promoting Employee Assistance Program and well-being initiatives. You will plan communications, coordinate trainings, and drive engagement for the Customer’s workforce.

The role requires clinical licensure, extensive clinical experience, and strong presentation and content development skills, with WebEx training and MS Office proficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Clinical license current and maintained (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.)
• 5+ years clinical experience
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual)
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program
• Develop and customize program communications, promotional materials, and engagement resources aligned with the client’s branding
• Assist training consultations, scheduling, registration, webinars and related communications
• Coordinate development and revision of training materials and communication content
• Provide consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies
• Collaborate with benefits and communications teams on planning and outreach
• Serve as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination
