Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Communications Account Manager dedicated to a national plan sponsor, focusing on the Employee Assistance Program and related well-being initiatives. You will plan communications, coordinate training, promote programs, and drive engagement with the Customer's workforce.

The role requires clinical licensure and extensive experience in clinical settings and content development, with strong skills in virtual presentations and document creation.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical professional (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.)
• 5+ years clinical experience
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual)
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and engagement initiatives for the Employee Assistance Program
• Support development and customization of program communications and promotional materials
• Assist with training consultation and scheduling, registration management, and webinar support
• Coordinate development and revision of training materials and content
• Provide consultation on program awareness, utilization and engagement strategies
• Collaborate with benefits and communications teams on planning and outreach
• Serve as the central contact for training and communications requests
