Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager dedicated to a national plan sponsor to promote employee well-being initiatives and the Employee Assistance Program. The role will serve as a primary point of contact for communications planning, training coordination, program promotion, and engagement activities supporting CVS Health's workforce.

The ideal candidate has a clinical background, strong writing and presentation skills, and experience with virtual training and WebEx.

Qualifications

• Clinical license current and maintained
• 5+ years clinical experience
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual)
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program
• Support training coordination and scheduling, webinar support, and training-related communications
• Develop and revise training materials and communication content
• Provide consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies
• Collaborate with Customer's benefits, communications, and other designated teams to support planning and outreach
• Serve as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination
