Job summary

Socket.dev seeks an E-Learning Specialist to design, develop, implement, and optimize digital learning experiences across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into measurable learning solutions, manage LMS activities, and drive analytics-driven improvements.

Responsibilities include creating content with Articulate 360, administering course shells, and delivering scalable training programs that support workforce readiness and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ID/OD/education or related field.
• 2–4 years of instructional design or L&D experience, preferably in multi-unit ops.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and LMS tools.
• Experience with learning analytics and evaluation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning experiences using ADDIE/SAM.
• Administer and configure LMS and course shells.
• Analyze training data and report on performance gains.
• Collaborate with SMEs across Operations, HR, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance and scalable governance of learning assets.
