Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Learning Designer to craft and deliver impactful training programs that transform complex information into engaging educational experiences across the enterprise.

You will design instructional materials and e-learning modules, manage LMS deployments, use Articulate and Storyline, and measure learning outcomes. This is a 100% remote role with competitive USD pay and a setup that supports working from home.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Instructional Design or e-learning development.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs using LMS platforms.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate and Storyline.
• Hands-on experience with training effectiveness measurement and instructional strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials and e-learning modules tailored to specific learning objectives.
• Manage and optimize the deployment of educational content within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Utilize advanced authoring tools to create interactive and visually compelling digital learning assets.
• Establish key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructional strategies.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify knowledge gaps and define desired learning outcomes.
• Continuously refine educational content based on user feedback and emerging pedagogical trends.
