Job summary

ELB Learning is seeking a Senior eLearning Developer to design and build advanced eLearning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360. You will work independently to translate storyboards into polished, interactive modules with strong UI/UX and accessibility in mind.

The role requires expert-level Storyline 360 skills, proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and a solid understanding of SCORM/LMS deployment. Remote-USA with competitive compensation and opportunities to leverage GenAI tools.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Articulate Storyline 360 experience.
• Advanced L3/L4 eLearning development experience.
• Strong UI/UX and visual design skills.
• Proven experience developing scenario-based and branched learning.
• Strong understanding of animation and motion design principles.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of WCAG and accessible eLearning development.
• Strong knowledge of SCORM and LMS environments.
• Excellent visual QA and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently interpret storyboards and visualize the final learning experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience creating custom web-based interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced L3/L4 eLearning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360.
• Build complex scenarios, branching interactions, simulations, and custom learning experiences.
• Translate storyboards into engaging, visually sophisticated learning solutions with minimal supervision.
• Apply strong UI/UX, visual design, animation, and motion principles.
• Develop and troubleshoot custom web-based interactions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure learning experiences meet WCAG accessibility standards and technical requirements.
• Prepare and troubleshoot courses for LMS/SCORM deployment.
• Conduct detailed visual, functional, and technical QA.
• Solve complex development challenges independently and identify creative solutions.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, project managers, and other creative/technical team members as needed.
• Explore and apply emerging AI and automation tools to improve the eLearning development process.
