Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking an Associate Team Leader (ATL) for E-Commerce to support delivery and pick-up experiences. The ATL will supervise onboarding and training, provide coaching, and ensure safety and quality across operations while partnering with store leadership to optimize shift plans and improve processes.

The role emphasizes proactive hazard identification, incident reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain smooth customer service and product integrity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team across multiple critical areas: safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and engagement.
• Onboard and train Team Members; provide timely coaching and feedback to drive development and accountability.
• Partner with Team Leader to identify high-potential associates and craft development plans.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Team Members on shopping SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Provide coaching and feedback through one-on-one conversations to drive skill development and engagement.
• Lead team huddles to communicate priorities and address operational challenges.
• Maintain safe work environment through proactive hazard identification and documentation.
• Monitor order times and resolve delays or issues affecting customer experience.
• Ensure proper handling of substitutions, out-of-stocks and special requests.
• Optimize shift operations by reviewing forecasts and deploying staff to maximize efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements with cross-functional partners.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are available and functioning.
