Job summary

Whole Foods Market seeks an Associate Team Leader (ATL) for E-Commerce to support grocery delivery and pickup experiences. You will lead a resilient team across safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and engagement, ensuring onboarding, coaching, and training are executed effectively.

You will partner with the Team Leader to identify high-potential team members, drive performance, and optimize shift operations to meet order times.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience training and onboarding Team Members on SOPs and safety procedures.
• Strong coaching skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Team Members on shopping SOPs, staging, quality, and safety protocols.
• Provide timely coaching and performance feedback through regular one-on-one conversations.
• Partner with Team Leader to identify high-potential Team Members and create development plans.
• Lead team huddles, communicate priorities, celebrate wins, and address operational challenges.
• Maintain a safe work environment through proactive hazard identification and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety and food safety protocols through observation and coaching.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement preventive actions.
• Own order accuracy and quality by auditing processes and analyzing feedback.
• Monitor customer order times and resolve delays or issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
• Manage substitutions, out-of-stocks, and special customer requests.
• Optimize shift operations by reviewing forecasts and adjusting staffing in real-time.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements to maximize productivity.
• Ensure tools and equipment are available and functioning to support operations.
• Communicate effectively with Team Members, leadership, and vendors.
• Serve as SME for all E-Commerce duties and support store formats and product assortment.
