Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an Associate Team Leader for E-Commerce to support grocery delivery and pickup experiences. You will lead onboarding, training, coaching, safety, and productivity initiatives to ensure high-quality service and strong team engagement.

Qualifications

• Ability to onboard and train Team Members on SOPs, quality, safety

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Team Members on SOPs, staging, quality, and safety protocols
• Provide timely coaching and performance feedback through regular conversations
• Partner with Team Leader to identify high-potential Team Members and create development plans
• Lead team huddles to communicate priorities and address challenges
• Maintain a safe work environment through hazard identification and documentation
• Ensure safety and food safety protocols are followed through observation and coaching
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and implement preventive actions
• Drive safety culture and regulatory compliance with store leadership
• Own order accuracy and quality by audits and analyzing feedback
• Monitor order times and resolve delays or issues
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience
• Handle substitutions, out-of-stocks, and special requests
• Optimize shift operations by reviewing forecasts and adjusting staffing
• Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements
• Ensure tools and supplies are available
• Communicate effectively with team, leadership, and vendors
• Demonstrate proficiency in E-Commerce duties as SME
