Job summary

Whole Foods Market seeks an Associate Team Leader (ATL) for E-Commerce to support grocery delivery and pickup, uphold safety and quality, and lead a high-performing team in Gaithersburg, MD. You will onboard and coach Team Members, manage shift operations to meet order times, and pilot process improvements with cross-functional partners.

You will drive a culture of safety, responsiveness, and continuous improvement while maintaining high standards for customer service and product handling.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or e-commerce operations
• Ability to coach and develop Team Members
• Knowledge of safety, quality and customer service standards

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Team Members on SOPs, safety protocols and quality standards
• Provide timely coaching and performance feedback to drive skills and engagement
• Lead huddles and communicate priorities to address operational challenges
• Maintain a safe work environment through hazard identification and corrective actions
• Monitor order accuracy and resolve delays to meet customer expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve the customer experience
