Job summary

Whole Foods Market seeks an Associate Team Leader (ATL) for E-Commerce to support grocery delivery and pick-up experiences. You will lead onboarding, coaching, and safety for Team Members while optimizing shift operations to meet order times.

You will partner cross-functionally to improve workflows, test new approaches, and foster an energized team culture through proactive leadership and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Onboard and train Team Members on SOPs, staging, quality, and safety.
• Provide timely coaching to drive skill development and engagement.
• Identify high-potential Team Members and create development plans.
• Lead team huddles, communicate priorities, and address challenges.
• Maintain a safe environment with proactive hazard identification and documentation.
• Ensure safety and food safety protocols are followed through coaching.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement preventive actions.
• Drive safety culture and regulatory compliance with store leadership.
• Own order accuracy and quality by audits and trend analysis.
• Monitor customer order times and resolve delays or issues.
• Optimize shift operations by forecasting and deployment planning.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead process-improvement initiatives.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are available and functional.
• Communicate effectively with Team Members, leadership, and vendors.
• Serve as subject matter expert for E-Commerce duties.
