Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Atlanta is seeking an Associate Team Leader to support the Team Leader in delivering exceptional checkout, online order processing, and customer service across the store.

You will monitor KPIs, manage labor and tasks for e-commerce and in-store operations, mentor team members, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with 1P/3P partners to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ months retail experience including 6+ months supervisory.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer experience; and holds all Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Establishes clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders.
• Monitors in-store and online customer flow; assigns customer service-related and online order completion tasks balancing the needs of all customers.
• Monitors the schedule to maintain in-store customer needs, online order capacity, and cognizant of labor budget.
• Maintains safety and regulatory compliance; develops, coaches, mentors, and motivates Team Members to sustain high performance.
• Supports collaborative relationships with department leaders, store leadership, and 1P/3P partners.
