Whole Foods Market is seeking a Supervisor for the WFMOA: E-Commerce program in the United States. This role focuses on safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and team fun, with daily duties around forecasting, labor balance, and process improvements.

You will lead Team Members, coordinate workflows, and partner with other departments to ensure timely on-line order delivery. The position requires 6+ months of retail experience and flexibility for weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months retail experience in retail, distribution, or logistics.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings.
• Overtime availability during peak seasons and year-round.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related apps.

Responsibilities

• Support WFMOA E-Commerce daily operations and team supervision.
• Maintain safety, productivity, and customer service standards.
• Coordinate flow to meet online delivery promises and timelines.
• Train, audit, and support Team Members on SOPs and tools.
• Identify process improvements and address safety issues promptly.
