Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Supervisor, WFMOA: E-Commerce to lead daily operations for our online grocery delivery program. You will supervise Team Members, uphold safety, quality, and customer service, and ensure efficient order flow.

This role emphasizes process improvement, balancing labor, and coordinating with store leadership to meet online delivery promises. Weekend/evening availability and retail experience are required. Eligible for Whole Benefits.

Qualifications

Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
6+ months retail experience in retail, distribution, or logistics.
Flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings.
Availability to work overtime during peak seasons and year-round.
Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications including scheduling and ordering software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate process flow to ensure products are dispatched on time to meet online customer delivery promises.
Maintain awareness of in-store customer needs and direct Team Members to satisfy and delight customers.
Direct and assign job duties for Team Members.
Partner with leadership in all areas to ensure successful and continuous operations.
Train, audit, and support Team Members to perform WFMOA standard operating procedures.
Ensure Team Members have the proper tools and report issues to leadership.
Report and elevate systemic issues promptly and effectively.
Demonstrate and/or perform shopping duties to support Team Members and WFMOA needs.
Review and honor Standard Operating Procedures according to WFMOA practices; identify and resolve safety issues.
