Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Supervisor for the WFMOA: E-Commerce team. You will supervise daily operations, ensure a safe work environment, and help meet customer delivery promises by coordinating with stores and departments.

You will train Team Members, manage workflow, and drive process improvements while upholding WFMOA standards. Flexibility for weekends/evenings and overtime is required to support peak periods.

Qualifications

• 6+ months retail experience in retail, distribution, or logistics settings.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or evenings.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related apps including scheduling and ordering software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment for all Team Members.
• Review work forecasts and uphold productivity and utilization to meet WFMOA objectives.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely in-store flow and on-line order delivery times.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Balance labor to meet production goals while maintaining efficiency.
• Train and support Team Members in WFMOA SOPs and daily workflows.
• Direct and assign duties for Team Members and support leadership in daily ops.
