Job summary

Whole Foods Market is hiring a Supervisor for WFMOA: E-Commerce in Columbus, OH. You will lead daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and timely online order fulfillment while upholding WFMOA standards and customer service excellence.

You will train Team Members, delegate tasks, and partner with store leadership to optimize labor, productivity, and on-line order flow. The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months retail experience in retail, distribution, or logistics.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings.
• Overtime availability during peak seasons and year-round.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.

Responsibilities

• Support WFMOA E-Commerce team daily with productivity and safety focus.
• Review forecasts and uphold productivity and utilization targets.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely online order flow.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Balance labor and maintain efficient shifts to meet goals.
• Train, coach, and support Team Members in WFMOA SOPs.
• Ensure tools and repairs are communicated to leadership as needed.
• Escalate systemic issues promptly and provide shop floor support.
