Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months retail experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and comfort leading others in a fast-paced environment. Evening/weekend availability and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Team Members are trained and prepared to focus on duties and daily workflow.

• Direct and assign job duties, lead process improvements, and mentor Team Members.
• Maintain awareness of in-store customer needs and support timely service.
