Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Supervisor for the WFMOA E-Commerce team to oversee daily operations, safety, training, and performance, ensuring online orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will lead Team Members, coordinate with store leadership, and balance labor while maintaining high standards of service and value for customers.

This role requires 6+ months retail or logistics experience, weekend/evening flexibility, and proficiency with email and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months retail, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and scheduling/ordering software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work environment for all Team Members.
• Review forecasts, uphold productivity and utilization to meet WFMOA goals.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely in-store and online order flow.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and support daily operations.
• Direct and assign job duties to Team Members and ensure tools are available.
