Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months retail experience in retail, distribution, or logistics.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings.
• Overtime availability during peak seasons and year-round.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications including scheduling and ordering software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment and uphold productivity and utilization goals.
• Assist Team Leadership in implementing processes and daily workflow, reporting and delegation.
• Coordinate flow to meet online customer delivery promises and satisfy customer needs.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and balance labor efficiently.
• Train, audit, and support Team Members to follow WFMOA SOPs and tools.
