Qualifications

• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications including scheduling and ordering software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Members to ensure safety, quality, and customer service while meeting production goals.
• Review work forecasts and uphold productivity and utilization requirements.
• Coordinate process flow to ensure on-line customer delivery timelines.
• Direct and assign duties, train and support Team Members to follow WFMOA SOPs.
• Identify and lead process improvements and communicate issues timely.
