Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Supervisor, WFMOA: E-Commerce, in Lynnfield, MA to lead the WFMOA online order operations. You will ensure safety, uphold productivity, and coordinate cross-functional workflow to meet delivery promises.

You will train and support Team Members, drive process improvements, and balance labor to achieve production goals while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months retail, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings.
• Availability to work overtime during peak seasons and year-round.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications including scheduling and ordering software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment for all Team Members.
• Review forecasts and uphold productivity and utilization to meet WFMOA objectives.
• Partner with other departments to ensure timely process flow in and out of stores and help meet customer order times.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Balance labor to operate a balanced and efficient shift while meeting production goals.
• Embrace a start-up mentality and have fun.
