Kroger Family of Companies in Phoenix is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day in the e-Commerce department, driving sales and meeting budgets.

You will staff and develop associates, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead initiatives across product flow, order fulfillment, and compliance with laws and safety.

This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED required.
Supervisory experience required.
Experience in selection and hiring process.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Strong leadership skills.

Mansioni

Manage day-to-day operations of store e-Commerce department.
Staff the department and develop associates.
Meet sales, wage budgets and other goals.
Ensure customer satisfaction and order accuracy.
Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
Monitor inventory and respond to the competitive landscape.
Ensure compliance with laws and food safety procedures.
