Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Store e-Commerce Supervisor to manage day-to-day online shopping operations within a Kroger store. You will staff, train and develop associates to meet sales goals while upholding company values and safety standards.

Responsibilities include leading e-Commerce initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining product flow and compliance with laws. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in selection and hiring processes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds daily.
• Stand for extended periods and walk constantly.
• Ability to stoop, kneel or crouch several times per hour.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales goals.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for online shopping staff.
• Meet product flow demands and create schedules according to guidelines.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Lead the planning, implementation and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Achieve weekly and annual sales, wage budgets and other targets.
• Ensure orders are filled with requested products or substitutions as needed.
• Follow processes for efficient order collection, checkout and delivery.
