Job summary

Smith's Food & Drug Centers in Utah is seeking a capable leader to manage the store's e-Commerce department day-to-day, staffing, and development of associates to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will supervise order fulfillment, scheduling, and adherence to food safety and company guidelines, while controlling costs and leading initiatives to improve online shopping efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience in hiring process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure e-Commerce meets customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Interview, hire and train candidates for online shopping roles.
• Plan schedules and manage product flow to meet guidelines and demand.
• Lead initiatives and monitor weekly and annual sales and wage budgets; drive customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
• Monitor and control department expenses and ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures.
