Job summary

Smith's Food & Drug Centers is seeking a manager to oversee the store's e-Commerce department, driving daily operations to hit sales objectives while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. You will staff the team, develop associates, and ensure adherence to company values and safety protocols.

The role includes coordinating with store leadership to meet product flow, schedules, and customer satisfaction, while leading e-Commerce initiatives and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives and meet performance targets.
