Job summary

Fred Meyer, Inc. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Supervisor to manage daily operations, drive sales and budgets, and staff the online department. You will develop associates to achieve results while upholding our values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will lead with integrity, ensure compliance, and oversee scheduling and performance reviews in a fast-paced

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Any proven supervisory experience.
Any prior experience in the selection and hiring process.
Strong organization skills.
Must lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several throughout the day.
Must stand for extended periods and/or walk constantly.
Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch several times per hour.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent oral/written communication skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Bachelor's Degree is desired.
POS experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities
