AutoNation is a leading automotive retailer seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers online, by phone, and in person in our no-haggle environment, delivering an exceptional buying experience. Respond to leads promptly, answer questions, provide information, and help transition customers to in-store visits while ensuring satisfaction and loyalty throughout the ownership journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers online, by phone and in-store to choose vehicle.
• Negotiate terms to meet budgets and lifestyles.
• Close deals and transition customers to the Service department.
• Provide exceptional customer experience before and after purchase.
