Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the entire e-commerce order fulfillment process, from order placement to final delivery.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock accuracy, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with shipping carriers and 3PL partners.
• Implement and monitor operational KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
