You will oversee order processing, fulfillment, and customer inquiries, collaborating with warehouses and partners to ensure a smooth digital storefront.

You will analyze sales and operational metrics, optimize the customer experience, and adapt to a fast-paced online environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping partners to manage stock levels and dispatch orders efficiently.
• Respond to online customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding orders, shipping, and returns.
• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise.
• Analyze e-commerce sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
