Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in selection and hiring processes.
• Able to lift up to 25 lb frequently and up to 50 lb daily.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; able to stoop/kneel/crouch as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• POS knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store e-Commerce department to meet sales objectives.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for the on-line shopping department.
• Plan product flow and create schedules according to guidelines.
• Lead initiatives and ensure orders are filled accurately and timely.
• Monitor budgets, expenses and strive for customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
• Provide feedback to leadership and maintain compliance with laws and safety procedures.
