Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce dept to meet sales goals.
• Staff the e-Commerce department and develop associates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to safety and company guidelines.
• Schedule product flow and staffing per guidelines.
• Train associates in order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Monitor and control department expenses and performance.
• Lead initiatives and coordinate with management on e-Commerce programs.
