The Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Manager in Michigan to oversee daily e-Commerce operations, drive sales, and staff the online department.

You will develop associates to achieve results while upholding Kroger’s values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, and leading initiatives to meet goals, ensuring quality order fulfillment, and maintaining compliance with laws and safety standards.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in the selection and hiring process.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales goals.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Interview, select, and hire candidates for online shopping staff.
• Plan and create schedules according to guidelines.
• Lead initiatives and execute e-Commerce programs.
• Monitor sales, wage budgets and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and substitutions managed.
