Job summary

Fry’s Food Stores is hiring to manage the store's e-Commerce department, driving sales, staffing, and development of associates. The role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and execution of online shopping initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in the selection and hiring process.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times per day.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and walk.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store e-Commerce department meets/exceeds customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates to staff the online shopping department.
• Meet product flow demands and create schedules per guidelines.
• Develop associates to meet productivity standards and certify them when goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and food safety procedures.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Achieve sales, wage budgets, and customer satisfaction targets.
