Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills.
• Experience with hiring and staff development processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 25 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication skills (oral & written).
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store e-Commerce department meets customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates to staff the online shopping department.
• Meet product flow demands and create schedules.
• Develop associates to meet productivity standards and certify them when goals are met.
• Follow local, state, and federal laws plus food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Lead planning and execution of e‑Commerce initiatives and drive sales.
