Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills required for team coordination and customer service.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to run daily operations.
• Basic computer literacy to operate store systems and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales and budget goals.
• Staff the e-Commerce department and develop associates toward performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Lead planning, implementation and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and substitutions to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory, participate in trend analysis, and respond to competitive landscape.
