Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities in the online department, drive sales objectives, and manage staffing and development. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead associates, ensure compliance with food safety and company guidelines, and partner with store leadership to deliver efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in hiring processes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral/written communication.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day e‑commerce store operations and staffing.
• Hire, interview and develop online department associates.
• Plan product flow and schedule staff according to guidelines.
• Lead initiatives to meet sales and wage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with laws and food safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory and manage substitutions for online orders.
• Collaborate with management on process improvements.
• Coach team and conduct performance reviews.
