Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee daily activities of the e-Commerce department, staff recruitment, scheduling, and adherence to safety and legal requirements. This role focuses on delivering strong customer satisfaction and meeting sales objectives.

You will lead initiatives, manage budgets and expenses, and drive continuous improvement across the e-Commerce workflow while maintaining high standards of service and product availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience in the selection/hiring process.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times daily.
• Able to stand for extended periods and/or walk constantly.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch repeatedly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff the on-line shopping department and interview/hire candidates.
• Meet product flow demands and create schedules.
• Develop associates to meet productivity standards and goals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and food safety procedures.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and drive sales targets.
