Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce supervisor to help manage daily e-Commerce operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold Kroger's standards of integrity and safety. The role involves directing staff, training team members, and stepping in as acting manager when needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating orders, scheduling, maintaining equipment and facilities, and enforcing company guidelines across the e‑commerce team.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members are adhering to local, state and federal laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed per company guidelines.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
