Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising staff or teams.
• Experience in the hiring process and staff selection.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times a day.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales objectives and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure e-Commerce department meets customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, and cleanliness.
• Interview, hire, and onboard on-line shopping staff.
• Plan schedules and manage product flow to meet demands and maintain stock levels.
• Lead initiatives and monitor performance to achieve weekly and annual targets.
