Job summary

Fred Meyer is seeking a Store e-Commerce supervisor to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth order intake, labeling, and distribution for our online orders. You will help coordinate schedules and maintain supplies while upholding company values and safety.

The role involves troubleshooting e-Commerce devices and ensuring accurate order processing in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities for growth within the Kroger family.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates' needs.
• Maintain the intake of customer orders and distribute and assign work to selectors and customer attendants.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain level of supplies needed to perform necessary duties.
• Print and distribute order labels, including orders for perishable departments.
