Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Supervisor, WFMOA: E-Commerce to lead the online grocery delivery program in New York. You will oversee daily operations, train team members, and ensure safety, quality, and customer service while driving productivity.

In this role you will coordinate workflow between stores and the WFMOA team, balance labor, and champion continuous improvements to meet delivery promises in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months retail experience in retail, distribution, or logistics.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings.
• Availability to work overtime during peak seasons and as needed year-round.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications including scheduling and ordering software
• Ownership in your work and team.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to problem solve and prioritize with little guidance

Responsibilities

• Supervisors ensure Team Members are trained and prepared to focus on their jobs.
• Assist Team Leadership in implementing and administering processes and daily work flow.
• Reporting and task delegation in productivity, quality, safety, and customer service.
• Coordinate process flow to ensure products are dispatched on time to meet on-line customer delivery promise.
• Direct and assign job duties for Team Members.
• Train, audit, and support Team Members to perform WFMOA SOPs.
• Ensure Team Members have proper tools and communicate repairs to leadership.
• Review and honor Standard Operating Procedures according to WFMOA practices and address safety issues.
