Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Supervisor for the WFMOA: E-Commerce team in the United States. The role focuses on safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and fun as core priorities.

You will support the WFMOA E-Commerce team daily by ensuring safe operations, forecasting workloads, and meeting delivery promises. The role requires leadership, adaptability, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months retail experience for employees in a retail, distribution, or logistics environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and or evenings
• Availability to work overtime during peak seasons and as needed year-round
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications including scheduling and ordering software
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience leading others
• Ownership in your work and team

Aufgaben

• Ensure a safe work environment for all Team Members.
• Review the work forecasts and uphold productivity and utilization requirements to meet WFMOA objectives.
• Partner with other departments to ensure timely process flow in and out of stores and help meet customer order times.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Balance labor and operate balanced and efficient shifts while meeting production goals.
• Embrace a start-up mentality and have fun.
• Coordinate process flow to ensure products are dispatched on time for on-line delivery.
• Maintain awareness of in-store customer needs and direct Team Members to satisfy customers.
• Direct and assign job duties for Team Members.
• Train, audit, and support Team Members to perform WFMOA SOPs.
• Ensure tools are available and repair/replacement communicated to leadership.
• Report and escalate systemic issues promptly.
• Demonstrate shopping duties to support Team Members and WFMOA needs.
• Review and honor SOPs according to WFMOA practices, identify and resolve safety issues.
