Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Supervisor for WFMOA: E-Commerce in Rocky River, OH. You will lead daily operations, ensure safe work environments, and manage workflow to meet customer delivery promises.

You will train Team Members, coordinate with leadership, and drive process improvements while balancing labor and keeping production goals in sight. Weekend/evening availability required, with hourly pay in the posted range.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months retail experience in retail, distribution, or logistics preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings; overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate process flow to ensure products are dispatched on time to meet online customer delivery promises.
• Maintain awareness of in-store customer needs and direct Team Members to satisfy and delight customers.
• Direct and assign job duties for Team Members.
• Partner with leadership to ensure successful and continuous operations.
• Train, audit, and support Team Members to follow WFMOA SOPs.
• Ensure Team Members have tools and report issues promptly.
