Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED and proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in staff selection and hiring processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds daily.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day e-Commerce department operations to meet sales goals.
• Staff, interview, and hire candidates for online shopping.
• Create schedules to align with product flow guidelines.
• Develop associates to meet productivity standards and goals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and food safety procedures.
• Train staff on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Lead implementation of e-Commerce initiatives and best practices.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory issues; report variances.
• Provide feedback to management and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance, conduct reviews, and coach direct reports.
• Maintain calm, cooperative handling of conflicts and high-paced work.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
